· CBC provides services (internet, utilities, janitorial, coffee, free business consulting, etc.) on an as-available basis, without warranty.
· CBC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of i
ts facilities, services, or communications.
· Occupants and their guests agree to indemnify and hold CBC harmless from claims, losses, or
damages resulting from their use
of CBC’s property, services, or communications.
· Early exit from any signed agreement is subject to the liquidated damages terms in the License Agreement,
enforceable under California Civil Code §1671.
· CBC’s damages from early termination, disruption, or breach may include administrative time, lost opportunities, reputational harm, and intellectual property impacts, and are agreed to
be fair and reasonable.
· Occupants and recipients of CBC communications must not gossip, slander, or disparage CBC, its staff, affiliates, or other occupants.
· Confidentiality obligations survive termination of occupancy and continue until the information
is no longer private or proprietary.
· CBC may collect and process personal information (such as names, emails, phone numbers, and payment details) for legitimate business purposes.
· CBC does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with vendors or service providers
strictly as needed to operate CBC’s facilities and services.
· You may access or delete any personal data per
California law by contacting management.
· Communications from CBC are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Business consulting is brainstorming and asking questions. Occupants and third parties must rely on their own
professional advisors. Use common sense.
